The idea behind Tandvera

A company’s size or budget should not keep it from useful technology. We focus on practical AI and IT within reach, shaped around real work, existing systems and the people who use them.

Start with
what you need.

Tandvera brings together the IT services and software direction of ITNetDesk LLC. Our current services cover setup, management and maintenance for the systems small businesses use every day. The starting point is your existing environment, your priorities and your budget.

The AI-use gap
is already visible.

Larger businesses report higher AI use. Smaller teams deserve a practical starting point too: one useful workflow, a manageable scope, and a way to measure whether it helps.

What could one
workflow be worth?

Explore a simple business case before making a commitment. Change the assumptions for a repetitive task your team knows well. Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing is submitted.

Adjust review time, costs and cash conversion

Cash conversion means the share of net time-value you expect to turn into actual cost savings or additional contribution profit. Leave at 0% if you cannot substantiate it. Setup cost is allocated over 12 months.

Illustrative defaults: 3 review hours/week; $100 tools/month; $600 setup allocated over 12 months; 0% cash conversion. These are examples, not Tandvera prices.

Net work capacity recovered39.0hours / month
Value of that work capacity$975USD / month, before tool & setup costs
Modeled tool + setup cost$150USD / month
Modeled profit impact−$150USD / month, at your cash-conversion assumption

Freed time is useful capacity. It becomes cash benefit only when costs are actually avoided or additional contribution profit is earned. At 0% cash conversion, the modeled cash impact is the added tool and setup cost.

Three what-if scenarios

Less / base / more task-time reduction. Illustrative assumptions, not forecasts.

Work-capacity valueModeled profit impact
Illustrative monthly outcomes under three time-reduction assumptionsValues are calculated from the assumptions entered above.

Model and limitations

Weeks per month = 52 ÷ 12. Net hours = (weekly task hours × assumed reduction − weekly review/correction hours) × 52 ÷ 12. Work-capacity value = net hours × hourly labor cost. Monthly cost = tool cost + one-time setup cost ÷ 12. Modeled profit impact = work-capacity value × your cash-conversion share − monthly cost. Setup cash is paid up front; its 12-month allocation is a planning convention, not a cash-flow schedule. Taxes, financing, additional training, transition costs, error losses and other effects are excluded unless you include them in the inputs. Negative hours indicate more work under that scenario. Lower and higher scenarios vary only the time-reduction assumption by half of the base rate. This calculator is not empirical performance data, a quote, an outcome guarantee or a prediction for your business.

IN DEVELOPMENT / AI-ENABLED WORKFLOWS

Give repetitive work
a better workflow.

Many small teams move the same information between documents and business systems by hand. We’re developing software to help organize that work, with AI assistance and human review.

The direction is a reusable product core with integrations adapted to each client’s environment, so implementation can focus on the workflow that matters.

One application of this approach

Document & receiving workflow

Start with information already in use.

In this example, an invoice or receiving document would become the starting point. AI-assisted extraction would prepare descriptions, quantities and units for a person to check.

Illustrative planned workflow. This diagram does not upload or process documents. Capabilities, supported systems and implementation details remain in development.

A reusable foundation

A shared software core, with client-specific integration work where business systems and document formats differ.

A clear human checkpoint

The intended design keeps review and approval in the workflow before information moves into connected systems.
